We remain fully operational during this time and have taken the necessary precautions to keep our staff safe while working in the building. We also have the option to work remotely to accommodate our staff while continuing to serve our clients. Our hours of operation remain the same and we are here to assist you with your international and domestic shipping needs. Health & Safety First
The health and well-being of our employees, clients, and logistics partners remains our top priority. In addition to maintaining regular operations, we have taken proactive steps to ensure a safe working environment:
- Sanitization protocols have been implemented in all common areas and workstations.
- Social distancing measures are in place for all in-office personnel.
- Staff members who can work remotely are doing so, allowing us to maintain operational strength while minimizing risk.
- Our technology infrastructure allows for seamless communication and coordination, regardless of where our team members are located.
We continue to monitor CDC guidelines and state-level recommendations to ensure we are taking all appropriate actions to protect our team and our community.
Temporary Visitor Policy
Effective immediately, all non-essential visitors are not permitted in our building or offices. All previously scheduled in-person meetings have been rescheduled, postponed, or canceled. These restrictions will remain in place until April 13, 2020, unless we are advised otherwise by local or federal authorities. At that time, we will reassess and update our policy accordingly.
